Use FoodStart Radar for lawful business research, territory planning, supplier prospecting, account prioritisation and internal workflow.
Outreach
You are independently responsible for UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act, PECR and other rules applying to your communications. A public business record or platform signal does not itself create consent or permission to email, call or message anyone.
Prohibited use
Do not harass people, send deceptive communications, infer protected characteristics, make eligibility or credit decisions, republish bulk data, sell account access, introduce malware, probe security, evade limits, or use the service for illegal activity.
Verification
Check source dates, identity and context before acting. Do not describe a rating change as proof of poor management or make defamatory claims.
Enforcement
We may limit or suspend access while investigating material abuse and may terminate serious or repeated breaches.
